Description
FICC will be hosting Creating Resilience: Art Therapy Workshop Series for Mental Health in a Changing Climate in 2025 in partnership with Art + Soul Clinic's Brenda Echeverry, a Dorchester-based expressive arts therapist and teaching artist! This 5-part series is designed to support our mental health in the face of a changing climate and will give attendees opportunities to come together with neighbors, share stories, and create meaningful solutions.
Join us for our first Creating Resilience workshop entitled: "Collaging for Envisioning a Hopeful Climate Future." Through a guided collaging activity, we’ll envision a brighter, sustainable future while fostering resilience and hope together. Enjoy an evening of creativity, connection, and community!
No previous art experience is required to attend. Materials, snacks, and light refreshments will be provided. Feel free to bring magazines, newspapers, or any additional materials you’d like to use in your collage.
Learn more about each session and RSVP here! Locations for future workshops TBA.
